Returns / Exchanges
New, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of order.
A 15% restocking fee applies for returned merchandise. Exchanged merchandise will credited at full purchase price toward a replacement item. Any price difference on a replacement item must be paid prior to shipment of your new order. Shipping fees on the original order are not refundable nor creditable toward an exchange.
Returned or exchanged merchandise (excluding damaged or defective goods) must be returned at Buyer's cost, in original packaging (or comparable replacement packaging). The exchange order will be shipped out via USPS once the original item(s) have been returned and confirmed to be in sellable condition.
Feel free to reach out prior to placing an order if you would like additional photos or a video of the product you are considering to avoid restocking fees or return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Goods
We make every effort to produce only premium quality tips and to ship them in packaging that keeps them in perfect condition. In the rare instance that an item arrives with a visible defect or in damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to report the issue.
Include photos that illustrate:
1. The defect or damage
2. The packaging
3. The original invoice.
Once we have validated your claim, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement item of equal value to be shipped out at our cost. In some cases, we will request that the original item be returned for evaluation, (which we will arrange at our cost), so please hang on to the original packaging.
Any damaged / defective goods must be in unused condition at the time a claim is filed, and reported within 7 days.
