Products are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. If a product ordered is out of stock, or if a delay is expected for any reason, you will be promptly notified and provided with an estimated shipping timeframe.
Orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail (Domestic) or Priority Mail (International). Shipping fees are assessed as follows:
Domestic: $9.95 USD
International: $24.95 USD
If an alternate delivery method is specified by Buyer (i.e. UPS, FEDEX), additional fees may apply.
Tracking information will be supplied at time of shipment. For orders over $100, consider purchasing shipping insurance against loss or damage (quoted upon request).
Delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are estimates only, based on estimated timeframe provided by the Carrier used for transport of goods.
If items are prohibited for import to Buyer's location, we reserve the right to refuse an order and will notify the Buyer accordingly.
Please note that certain rules or restrictions on International delivery of our products may apply, and that Buyer may be subject to an assessment of duties or taxes on import of these products, over which we have no control. Buyer shall be solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to the country in which they live and for such additional costs as assessed.
